Lodging Options Before & After Your Rogue River Adventure
We recommend getting close to Grants Pass the night before your start date, as we put in about 20 minutes outside of town at Grave Creek Boat Launch.
Here are some options for lodging the night before….and even the night(s) after if you want to extend your adventure:
Morrison’s Rogue Wilderness Lodge: A full service destination resort with options for lodge rooms, individual cabins and multi-room cabins for larger groups. Be sure to check out their breakfast and dinner experiences overlooking the river, you won’t be sorry!
Riverside Inn: A great place to land before you begin your adventure. Make sure to grab a meal at Cartwright’s Taprock NW Grill, and if you have the time, add on a Hellgate Jetboat Excursion — it’s a hoot!
Galice Resort: The closest lodging to the put-in. Galice is also your last stop for any necessities, and most likely the last place where your cell phone will work! Galice has a variety of individual cabins and larger houses for groups. Be sure to check out their calendar for food offerings and even live music on the deck!
Weasku Inn Historic Lodge: A charming, historic inn featuring lodge rooms, cabins and the river house for groups. Travel & Leisure Magazine named it “one of the top 25 lodges in the US” and movie stars have stayed there. Maybe you should too!
Tu Tu Tun: Down the road in Gold Beach you will find this luxury waterfront river retreat featuring lodging, dining and saunas. Add this one to your itinerary if you plan to go out through Gold Beach!
